No.15 Steam Fish | 15号作品 清蒸鱼   By Jojo

1: clean and dry the fish

2: use shioxang wine to rub the fish in and out

3: fine slice the ginger and spring onion

4: lay some of the ginger and green onion under the fish then steam the fish for 10 mins

5: remove the fish after ten mins

6: put the rest of the ginger and spring onion on top of the fish

7: pour the Pearl River Bridge Seafood soy sauce and add 2 TSP of sugar on the fish

8: heat 4 Tbsp of oil and pour directly over the fish

9: plate the fish
