We aim to despatch all orders within 1-3 full working days from the date the order was placed – bank holidays are excluded.

Delivery times will vary and depend on the delivery address. Please ensure the address is correct at time of order as we may not be able to amend the information once the order leaves our warehouse.

All orders will be despatched on the same day if the orders are received before 1pm (Monday – Friday). If orders are received after, it will be despatched on the next working day.

SeeWoo Express work with UPS to provide a delivery service for England, Scotland, and Wales, excluding Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands.

Orders must have at least £70.00 worth of items to be eligible for free delivery.

If there are delays involving weather conditions, road conditions, scheduling issues, or closure of any UPS Access Points, please contact UPS directly as we won’t be able to provide the information.
